How does the pricing work?
Your price is set by your home size, the service you choose, and how often we come. Bigger homes and one-time cleans cost more; regular recurring visits cost less. Extra bedrooms or bathrooms above the size baseline add a little, and optional extras are added on top.
How much do I save with recurring visits?
Recurring Standard Cleaning is discounted off the one-time price: 25% off weekly, 20% off every 2 weeks, and 10% off monthly. The discount is applied automatically and shown on your quote, and it's the price you're charged every visit.
How does a Deep Clean work?
A Deep Clean is a one-time first visit that resets the whole home, charged at full price. If you pick a recurring frequency, every Standard Cleaning visit after it is discounted — we show you both numbers: the deep clean for visit one, then your ongoing discounted Standard price for every visit after.
What's the $1 charge?
It confirms your card and holds your slot — nothing more. That $1 comes off your total, and the balance is due after the clean, not before. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and it's refunded.
Do I need to be home?
No — most clients aren't. Leave a key or share a gate or lockbox code, and put the details in the special instructions box when you book.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Parker County — Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Springtown, Millsap, Peaster, Poolville and the surrounding communities. We check your address as you type it.
